Asmira Marine Reserves a Yacht for Kids for Freedom Initiative
"Kids for Freedom" will set sail again from 5th to 12th In June in Turkey with socially disadvantaged children from all over the world.
Asmira Marine has announced its commitment to supporting the Kids for Freedom initiative by reserving one of its yachts exclusively for the program. Kids for Freedom (K4F) is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering children and young people facing challenging life situations a unique and transformative experience at sea.
Through K4F, children from children’s homes, socially disadvantaged backgrounds, and those in material or emotional need get the chance to spend a week on the water, far from the stresses of their everyday lives. The program is designed to help participants gain new perspectives, strengthen their self-confidence, and develop essential social skills. By sailing together, taking on team responsibilities, and facing new challenges, the children grow personally and emotionally while fostering a strong sense of community.
The reserved yacht will provide a safe and welcoming environment where children can explore new strengths, build trust, and form lasting friendships. Throughout the week, participants will engage in various activities such as setting sail, cooking together, and enjoying games and events in beautiful coastal bays.
