DREAM – Cyrus 33 Yacht Tour
DREAM is a 33-metre motor yacht with a cosy interior, a flybridge featuring a hot tub, and a crew who really won us over. Based in Šibenik, she sails around Dalmatia, accommodating up to ten guests.
DREAM was built in 2007 by Cyrus Yachts; the exterior was designed by Van Oossanen and the interior by René van der Velden. She underwent a refit in 2023. She is 33.3 metres long and accommodates up to ten guests in five cabins, looked after by a crew of six. With a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 24 knots, she is a swift vessel for her size.
You can tell she’s not a new boat. But that’s precisely what gives her character, and the interior is cosy and modern despite her age. What really sets DREAM apart is the crew: fabulous, warm and welcoming, with a very friendly captain and truly excellent cuisine.
The flybridge with a hot tub
The flybridge features a hot tub, a bar, a dining area and several sunbathing areas. Sofas in the shade and bimini tops aft ensure that you can sit comfortably up here even at midday.

The flybridge isn’t quite as spacious as on larger yachts. Nevertheless, there’s enough room for ten guests, and because the hot tub, bar and dining area are separate, the group can spread out comfortably.
Seating area by the captain’s station and bow lounge
One detail we particularly liked: in the wheelhouse, there is a seating area directly behind the helm. From there, guests can watch the skipper at work and see everything happening ahead of the boat during the crossing.

At the bow, there is another seating area with a sun awning and sun loungers. It’s a little away from the hustle and bustle of the flybridge and is ideal for a quiet morning coffee or for reading in the shade.

Salon and cabins
The saloon on the main deck combines a sofa area with a large dining table. The décor is warm and cosy, with light-coloured upholstery, wood and plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. There is a television and a Sonos sound system for film nights, and the cabins are also equipped with televisions.

The five guest cabins all have en-suite bathrooms. The master cabin spans the full width of the boat, and there are two further double cabins, one twin cabin and one convertible cabin. This makes DREAM flexible enough for families with children or a group of several couples.

Barbecuing at the stern and sailing area
Dining on board is an experience in itself. The chef barbecues right in front of the guests at the stern, which creates a really great atmosphere. You can stand right next to him and watch, and afterwards everyone eats together on deck.

For excursions, there’s a 6-metre-long Ribeye dinghy, two Seabobs, water skis, a wakeboard, two SUPs and inflatable water toys. A jet ski can be booked at an additional cost.
The home port is Marina Mandalina in Šibenik. From there, the Kornati Islands, Krka National Park, Primošten and the islands off Šibenik are all within easy reach; with a week to spare, you can even make it as far as Hvar and Vis.
The charter rate through BlueSun Luxury Yachts is 73,500 euros per week in the low season and 79,900 euros in the high season, plus additional costs in each case.
