The Woman in Cabin 10: A Mysterious Thriller Set Aboard a Luxury Yacht
Released on Netflix on October 10, 2025, this sleek psychological thriller transforms the elegance of a private luxury yacht into a chilling stage for mystery and suspense.
Directed by Simon Stone and based on Ruth Ware’s bestselling novel, the film follows Keira Knightley as journalist Lo Blacklock, who embarks on the maiden voyage of an exclusive cruise meant to showcase wealth, beauty, and serenity. Yet beneath the glimmer of champagne glasses and starlit decks lies a creeping sense of dread. When Lo believes she’s seen a woman thrown overboard — and no one else believes her — the voyage turns into a haunting descent
into paranoia and isolation.
With a stellar cast including Guy Pearce, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Kaya Scodelario, Hannah Waddingham, Art Malik, and Daniel Ings, The Woman in Cabin 10 combines the allure of the superyacht lifestyle with the suspense of a classic psychological thriller.
For those who love the open sea, opulent design, and a story that keeps them guessing, this is not just a film to watch — it’s a voyage to experience. Just be prepared: beneath the yacht’s shimmering surface, darkness runs deep.
