Some of the Art Pieces from 81-Meter Superyacht Alfa Nero
During the TYBA Yacht Charter Show, I had a chance to see this enormous beauty—and I was honestly shocked, especially by the art inside. Alfa Nero is not just a yacht; it’s like floating through a contemporary art gallery. I took photos (yes, it was allowed!) and I'd like to share them here.
There’s art everywhere. Original pieces by Joan Miró and Takashi Murakami casually hanging on the walls like it's the most normal thing in the world. Even the spa room has its own art.
The yacht itself is stunning—81 meters of pure elegance, built by Oceanco and designed inside by Alberto Pinto, who clearly knew how to mix luxury with a bit of playful pop. The crew was unbelievably polite and welcoming. One of them even encouraged me to try the piano on board - so I did - and wow, what a sound. The whole atmosphere was more like visiting someone’s cool, art-filled home than a formal yacht tour.
Alfa Nero also has all the superyacht stuff, of course - pool, beach club, gym, elevator, dancefloor - but for me, it was the details that made it unforgettable. The warm lighting, the calm vibe, and the way the art is part of the experience, not just decoration.
If you ever get the chance to step aboard, do it. Even if you’re not planning a charter, Alfa Nero is worth seeing just for the creative inspiration.
