The 42-metre-long THIS IS IT is undoubtedly one of the most unusual yachts currently on the charter market. Even at first glance, it is clear that she is completely different from traditional motor yachts.
The main reason for this is its extremely wide layout. The catamaran-like design creates a sense of space that is not usually found on a yacht of this size. It was precisely this extraordinary architecture that made the yacht the winner of the Robb Report Award in 2024.
She was built by Admiral Yachts. At around 15 metres wide, she appears significantly larger than many other 42-metre yachts.
Futuristic design with plenty of privacy
The yacht’s overall design is futuristic, open and extremely light-filled. Huge glass panels run through almost all areas, flooding the interior with an incredible amount of natural light.
A particularly clever solution: at the rear of the yacht, there are two large side glass walls that also serve as privacy screens. This ensures that the lounge and dining areas on the aft decks remain surprisingly private – even in port. The Master Suite’s private balcony also benefits from this.
The saloon and dining area have a modern and minimalist feel without being cold. Thanks to the open-plan design, the interior and exterior spaces almost merge into one another.
Accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins
THIS IS IT can accommodate up to 12 guests in a total of six cabins, including a private massage and wellness room.
Even the smaller guest cabins feel bright and airy thanks to the large windows.
The Master Suite: the highlight
The Master Suite is undoubtedly one of the most impressive areas of the yacht. In addition to its minimalist design, the huge windows and private balcony are particularly striking.
A special feature: from the bed, you can gaze directly up at the starry sky at night. The suite also features a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the upper deck.
Spacious outdoor areas and modern toys
The outdoor areas offer several lounge and sunbathing areas, which appear particularly spacious thanks to the yacht’s enormous width.
There is also an outdoor bar, a cinema room for up to 12 guests, a chase boat and modern water toys such as the latest jet skis.
Crew, Charter and Conclusion
The entire crew are from Greece and made an extremely professional impression during the viewing. Technically, too, the yacht appears very modern and exceptional.
The charter rate ranges from around 350,000 to 390,000 euros per week, depending on the season.
