Rent weekend: 60% of the rent for a week

DISCOUNTS:
When the booking is for 10 days the charterfee is 150% of the rent for a week
When the booking is for 2 weeks the charterfee is 190% of the rent for a week
When the booking is for 3 weeks the charterfee is 275% of the rent for a week.

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT:
When the booking and the first payment is made before December 31, 5% discount. (weekend or midweek 3%)
When the booking and first payment is made between January 1st and January 31, 3% discount.

LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT:
10% (Booking within a week before the charterperiod and for the first week of the booking)
