This sailingyacht van de Stadt Norman 40 in Medemblik, to rent at Own Ship Yachtcharter, is a very seaworthy, comfortable steel sailingyacht with excellent sailing characteristics for up to 5 people. There are two sleepingcabins and one large berth in the back for a grown up person or for two children. The shown Plan is slightly different. This ship is for instance equipped with a chartplotter, GPS and a bowthruster. The design is from v.d. Stadt. Year of construction is 2005.
Sailing area's are the IJsselmeer, the Dutch coastal waters and the Friesian Wadden Sea. North sea and Baltic sea on request.

Weekend: friday 18.00 until sunday 18.00 hours
Midweek: monday 18.00 until friday 11.00 hours
Rent weekend: 60% of the rent for a week
Rent midweek: 55% of the rent for a week
Weekend +1 day 70% of the rent for a week
Weekend +2 days 80% of the rent for a week
Eastern 70% of the rent for a week rental period mid season
Ascension 90% of the rent for a week rental period high saeson

When the booking and the fiirst payment is made before December 31, 10% dscount. (weekend or midweek 5%)
When the booking and first payment is made between January 1st and January 31, 5% discount.
