When the booking is for 2 weeks the charterfee is 190% of the rent for a week

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT:
When the booking and the first payment is made before December 31, 5% discount (weekend and midweek 3%)
When the booking and first payment is made between January 1st and January 31, 3% discount.
